named after the school club we ran in our later years
at Woburn. I have very few fond memories from Woburn,
save a few very special people, as the overwhelming
majority of the students were asses, and I generally
dislike people. The teachers were fantastic, however. |

Me: I had enough of school after Woburn and
jumped straight into business (you could do that back
then). Over time, I got involved in computer networking
at St. Mike's Hospital and have since moved to a Markham
software company when I manage the IT environment
(computers and networking). I married a friend 10
years ago who went to Cedarbrae and we have 7 year
old twins. I think I enjoyed what went on outside
of school more than inside - friends, parties, concerts. |

Me: I got married in 1983, and have 2 daughters.(19
& 21) I got divorced in 2000. I have since re-married
and I am in the process of renovating a century home
that we are living in. I work in Cambridge as a press
operator. I became a grandmother in January 2005 to
a beautiful baby boy, Bradley. Life is good!! My fondest
memories of Woburn are the smoking lounge where I
seemed to spend a great deal of time! Going to the
Roxy on friday & saturday nights for the Rocky
Horror show (complete with costumes, buttons, black
lipstick etc), Made some great friends who I was sad
to see that some had passed away. Still keep in touch
with Mr. Nicol who had to get pliers when I was in
grade 10 to do up my jeans...Oh those were the days!!! |

Me: Went into the Child Care Worker course,
lasted one semester, took a year off and worked, went
back and took a Medical Secretarial course at Centennial
College, was accepted after this into nursing school
at Seneca, but got married instead that year, had
a daughter at age 26 who will be 20 this year (going
to Trent U. in P'borough), divorced after 10 years,
moved to St. Catharines, was single for 10 years and
just remarried 2 years ago. Work in the hospital as
a dicta-typist, have 3 cats and a Golden Retriever.
Best memory---school dances, Urbania, smoking in the
valley when we were supposed to be running in gym,
going to Cuba on a school trip. |

last 2 yrs i took some time off, and now just do things
to keep my busy.

have many memories from woburn. it was the growing
up we all did in our teenage years. my best memory
was going to washington , usa, the capital, and we
could all drink in the bars over there but not here.
what a blast. that week trip will be forever in my

but after 1 year, realized this type of work was not
for me.I tried several jobs for a couple of years,then
joined Bell Canada where I have been for over 35 years.
I hope to retire 2 years from now.
Some of my best memories include playing end on the
1st ever Wildcat football team,kidding around in Mr.Telford's
science class with Heather,Ann,and Al-and always (it
seemed) being the only one to get in trouble, and
attending the Prom with my girlfriend.

a teacher and married Norm Grassl. We now have 3 kids
and live in Brooklin. I teach grade one at a school
in Pickering. My best memory of Woburn is putting
Brett Barnett's pants up the flag pole in gr. 9, partying
at Bean's with the gang, dropping Sandra Shatilla
off the top of the pyramid at half-time at Varsity
Stadium and most of all my favourite memory is watching
Flahiff's slide shows at the Spirit assembly's. There's
sooo many memories and so many good times!

Me After leaving Woburn I worked
as an E.C.E. assistant and eventually became an E.C.E.
I lived and worked downtown where I met my husband,
Paul. We married on a private beach in Mexico in Jan
2002, and welcomed our daughter Lily Chiara into our
family in Oct 2003. We vacation at our "cottage"
in Bancroft and have settled into a new home in Aurora.
When my maternity leave ended, I chose to stay home

left WOBS on a journey to Durham College and graduated
there with and BAD in Human Resources. I have worked
for the last 12 years mostly in Advertising however
I decided to try and spread my wings and I am now
the Manager of HR (Accounting and Administration too)
for Elite Mouldings in Concord. I co-habitate with
the love of my life James and our many, many furry
creatures, 2 Cats, a Ferret and a Budgie. Life has
been an adventure since leaving WCI but I can't say
I would change too much. Although I have to say everyday
at Woburn was a memory in itself so it would be too
