About
Me: Hmmmmmmmmm, graduation eh. Well the truth
is I did not graduate due to some minor amount of
credits. But, I believe that this helped me prepare
for writing Ministerial letters to the public which
stated nothing. Joking, joking. But I did prepare
the Ministerial letters ;) |

About Me: After graduating from U of T
(downtown) began working career in their development
department. Spent next 20 years working as a fundraising
consultant both as an employee and in my own business.
Last position, before retiring, was as an Executive
Director of an Etobicoke charity. Married since
1976, one daughter who is in veterinary school in
Guelph. Active community volunteer (Therapy Dogs)
and remain active in sports (biking & curling).
Best
memory - silly assemblies. A few come to mind: the
teachers doing a take off of the Laugh-In joke wall;
students impersonating The Smothers Brothers; the
guy's football team performing a ballet (tutu's
& all); and the Cedarbrae cheerleaders.

About
Me: Since my graduation from university I
have spent the majority of my career in long term
care. I presently own and operate a private career
college in Mississauga that specializes in adult education,
specifically teaching the Personal Support Worker
Program and related subjects. I also continue to work
part-time in the home care field. I am proud mom to
6 year old Olivia and 5 year old Daniel. Some of my
fondest memories were playing field hockey under Mr.
Marshall. I also remember great times in Mr. Nichol's
geography classes.
I have very fond memories of Ms. Fournier and the
time she dedicated to the members of the Badminton
Team and Mrs. Vereshack my wonderful English teacher
who taught her students the true meaning of extending
kindness to one another. |

About Me After Woburn I briefly
went to Seneca College. Thanks to my Co-op placement
I continued to work for Fairweather at Scarborough
Town Center part-time in High School and full-time
for about 3years. Then I went the Head Office for
Fairweather and worked as an Admin. Assist for 5 1/2
years. During the later years of that time I moved
to Brampton, and married 4years later. I became a
receptionist for a very busy graphics company in Toronto.
I had a daughter about 3 years after I got married.
I've been separated for several years. I've been doing
the mum thing until this year, as I have a little
girl who has kept me incredibly busy.
Since
finding Classmates.com I think about my Woburn days
often. I've only crossed paths with 2 other Woburnites
here in the boonies of Brampton. I'd love to find
out what people are upto these days. |
